Issues with contact_form?

I'm using the Contact_Form plugin, except on step 2 (confirmation page), the two buttons Confirm/ Discard are misaligned, http://www.offleashphotos.com/index.php?p=pages&title=Off-Leash-Photos-Contact . Is there a way to remove this step or can anyone help me get these aligned?

Also, once I submit, the confirmation messaging is under the initial directions/ but above the required fields statement. Can I move this to the top?

Any help with these two issues is greatly appreciated!

    Well, I don't see any misalignement in Safari 3.1. What browser do you see that in?

    Regarding the message order, sorry, that is not possible without hacking the plugin. Maybe the initial message should not be displayed at all on confirmation..

    Looking at it in IE7, now that you mention it, I took a look in FireFox and it seems to be fine... so I guess just an IE7 issue?
