I cannot upload images; there is problem with safe mode

When I try to upload image I get this error

You need to ask your ISP to disable safe mode or use FTP to upload your images.

I think there is way to fix this without disable safe

Safe mode is "intended" to protect you against things like having your application upload files. If you like safe mode (most believe its "security" enhancement is non-existent) then you will have to live with its restrictions.
