I have had some pictures for whatever reason not upload correctly and i went to delete them via the admin interface and got this error

I see you've switched to Gallery with not much more success.... ;-)

Can I reccomend you switch back? That seemed to just be a permissions problem in the albums directory, but you may just need to FTP in and delete them, which is just as easy if not easier. Good luck!
