I have the following fatal error. Could you please help me ?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: filesystemtoutf8() in /mnt/106/free.fr/5/a/handhouilles/zp-core/setup.php on line 557

You have not said what version of Zwnphoto you are installing. However, it is clearly not the 1.2.4 version since there is no such call in that version. I strongly recommend you install the current nightly build software or at least version 1.2.4.
