[Stopdesign] Bigger gallery image

Hi there at zenphoto-forums!

First of all: Greatest software ever made for own online photo presentation! I'm so happy.

There's only one thing I want to change: The size of the gallery images in the start page. I found the key for the image size in the gallery.php line #40. Setting some other size than 210, 65 - I want to make it square so 210, 210px. But the white canvas around the images that is so nice doesn't change it's size. How can I do that. Is that an image? Or is it a PHP-Tag?

Thanks for your help,
donation is on the way!

Great work,
Fotoman

You also need to change the theme's css that takes care of that border.
  • Hi Malte!

It seem's to be a little more difficult than initially thought. Just changing the CSS doesn't make it. You have to change the bg_gal.gig/png to the new size of the image. But than it overlays the descriptions.

Can I keep on asking here for help or is it more an Stopdesign issue that's not discussed her? If done I'm really willing to share my knowledge here.

    Best regards,

Well the stopdesign theme is are really specific one. Of course you may discuss and ask for help here. But please understand that we developers can't help with such customizing in detail.
  • Okay, thanks for the open answer. I'll try a little more when time. Unfortunately the original developers gave up working on it. Are there any other themes in coming?
    ...
But maybe someone know how to enable polaroid kind thumbnails instead of slide film strip.

The stopdesign theme is an official Zenphoto theme (it's included) and therefore maintained by us for compatibility and also (if applicable) feature wise. But sorry, if you want to do specific customizings you have to do them yourself (for a polaroid style you surely will need to change the css and some images). I hope you understand that we can't do your work for you and of course we can't provide themes for everyone's specific needs.
