[chaoticsoul theme] Undefined variabale

By testing several themes I found a problem or probably bug in chaotic soul.
Everything's fine but when getting down to a single picture it says:

"Notice: Undefined variable: conf in /mnt/web3/51/75/520395/httdocs/strickwerk/foto/themes/chaoticsoul/image.php on line 117"

Every line and comment name is filled with:

"<b>Notice</b>: Undefined variable: stored in <b>/mnt/web3/51/75/513975/httdocs/strickwerk/foto/themes/chaoticsoul/image.php</b> on line <b>128</b>"

Can somone help to eliminate these errors?

As you know, this is not one of the Zenphoto distributed themes, so we do not directly support it. But from your description it would seem that the comment handling of this theme has not been kept up to date with Zenphoto. Compare the comment section of this form to one of the distributed themes to see what is different.
