certain images do not generate thumbnails / scaled sizes

I have noticed that certain images just do NOT want to generate thumbnails. There were a few in the past that I had found like this, but those were resolved by deleting the cached images for those and letting zenphoto recreate them.

Pictures like the one attached do not generate a thumbnail or scaled down version, only the full size image loads after clicking all the way through to view the full image.

    I have the same problem with large images. The reason for this problem, as it are explained in the troubleshooting guide is that my php memory is only 24 MB and I have no means to raise it.

    What I did was setting the "maximum number of connections for server" to 1 as it also are explained in the guide. What I did for Internet Explorer was:

    "Changing the Number of Maximum Concurrent Connections
    Users or administrators who experience problems with page load times can change the number of maximum concurrent connections to a single server. The first method enables you to change the limits to a value you choose. The second method changes the limits by using Group Policy.

    Important This section contains information about how to modify the registry. Make sure that you back up the registry before you modify it. Make sure that you know how to restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up, restore, and modify the registry, see How to back up and restore the registry in Windows in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
    Method 1: Changing Values by Using a Feature Control Key

    1.Start Regedit.
    2.For HTTP 1.1 connections, navigate to the following feature control key. If it doesn't already exist, create it.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (or HKEY_CURRENT_USER)
    SOFTWARE
    Microsoft
    Internet Explorer
    MAIN
    FeatureControl
    FEATURE_MAXCONNECTIONSPERSERVER
    Note You can change or add FEATURE_MAXCONNECTIONSPERSERVER at the same location within either HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE or HKEY_CURRENT_USER. The effect is identical.

    3.Create a new DWORD called iexplore.exe and set its value data to the desired connection limit for HTTP 1.1 connections. For example, setting the value to 0000002 will match the limit from Internet Explorer 7 and earlier."

    I also tried Firefox. But now: How do I render all the images again? Pre-cache? I tried purging and pre-caching without luck. I checked the files with ftp and the images were all right. I tried the command &debug after the image link but only got this message: The Zenphoto object you are requesting cannot be found.

    I know that the images have the right locations and that there is nothing wrong with them by checking it from ftp.
