How can make a page using a specific theme? like I only want one of pages to use a custom theme page

I am not really sure I am understanding your question. The theming guide will tell you how Zenphoto themes work. It is possible to configure root albums to have different themes if that is what you are looking for.

Beyond that, all this is software, so if you can express what you want to happen it can be coded.
