Zenphoto Error: the requested object was not found. Page: Index

Just did a fresh install of zenphoto 1.2.5,

I am able to get to the administration page without problem, I am also able to refresh DB/Meta/Thumb/ and also i am able to cache the pictures.

But when I click on the View Gallery, I get a white page with only this in it.
======================================================
Zenphoto Error: the requested object was not found.
Page: index
Return to
======================================================

The "Return to" is a link and it his pointing to mywebsite.com/zenphoto
But that doesn't do anything, anyone have a idea ?

    You probably have modrewrite enabled in the options but your server does not support it. Setup should make a note about that.

    Thanks for the quick answer acrylian, but i did disable the modrewrite in the zenphoto interface. I do not believe i should go in my apache and remove it all together.

    Does anyone encounter the same issue??

    Hi, I will add a bit more meat on this post,

    I trying to get my images to cache and this is what i found in the /var/log/apache2/error.log

    [error] [client 1**.*.*.*] File does not exist: /var/www/zenphoto/photo/image/595/img_452.jpg, referer: http://localhost/zenphoto/zp-core/admin-cache-images.php

    I do have a symbolic link to my photo folder, and i am still unable to get to the View Gallery page, the message is still the same one as above.

    I did go into my apache and add the mod_rewrite and i tried it disabled also but test gave the same result as before. No gallery accessible, i starting to run out of ideas to how to fix this.

    Anyone have ideas ?

    Cheers

    It would probably also help other users if you would post how you fixed it.

    Updated PHP, trash all DB/install of zenphoto, re-install did the trick.
