I can't get a new password

I have been trying for several hours to get into my website with the password(s) you have sent me. I tried to log in to my website yesterday and could not get in because I was told I needed to get a new password. I followed all of the steps and received 3 emails (after trying 3 separate times to set a new password and not getting anywhere) and nothing happens. I keep getting messages that the password you have sent me doesn't work or that you will mail me one, which I get but it still doesn't work. What shall I do? This is my second note to you with no reply since this problem began last night. I tried to find a HELP phone number but I could not find one at all on your website. I don't believe this should be this complicated. Please help me as soon as possible.

    We do not send passwords. So if someone has sent you one I am presuming you have run some third party install script. Please contact the makers of that script for support.
