can ´t login :(

Hi, I can not login. May be i´ve foggotten the username or password, i don´t know. I tried to reset that info (here: http://www.teleperra.com/adopcion/zp-core/admin.php#) but I don´t get any password reset email. What can I do?

that doesn't work i am having the same problem. It doesn't give you the user name and password it just allows you to reset the password. If the user name does not work then nothing works. I am getting a little frustrated myself because i have tried everything and nothing works.
