I've got one problem with both plug-ins and another problem with the comment form. With both forms, I'm not receiving the notification emails. I'm on build 1.2.6, php 5.2.8, on a linux platform (GoDaddy). Neither me (administrator) nor the sender are receiving the emails. I've entered my email in the options>Plug-in tab on the console. Email is working because I get password resets.

Second problem is with comment form. After setting initial option on the options>plug-in form, I left. After I didn't receive the emails, I went back and all of the options are gone. The only options I have available to me now are "Address Field", Allow Comment field, Rss field, and only members can comment field. Should I disable this plug-in then re-enable to get all of the options?

    You need to check if your server is setup to use the php mail() function and of course your server's error log.

    You could also try the nightly that now has plugisn for the php sendmail or alternatively the phpmailer (requres php 5).
