Need a ZenPhoto Developer for Hire

Hi,

I am looking for a ZenPhoto developer to help me with implementing ZenPhoto into one of my websites. Here is an overview of the tasks required:

----

When you click on the pictures section of my website, you see three albums: All Pictures, New This Week, Hall of Fame, and Random Image. All pictures uploaded should be in the 'All Pictures', and the other three albums should be dynamically generated based on things self-explanatory. (Hall of fame based on user ratings). There should also be a section on this page which shows 'Recent Comments'.

When you click an album, you can see all picture thumbnails.

When viewing a picture:

- Shows thumbnails of the next picture and previous picture, which are clickable

- Shows 0-10 star rating, clicking on the rating generates a vote. Any visitor can vote. When a vote is cast, it also records the IP of this visitor, and relates this IP to the user, picture, and if he has voted on this picture in the past. The system should remember IP addresses for only one day.

- Submit comments below pictures with a name, and message. Any visitor can submit comments. If the 'Name' field is left blank, then the name for the comment should appear as 'Anonymous'.

Automatic Watermark addition

When a photo is added, there should be an automatic addition of a small transparent image in the lower right corner of the image.

Upload photos page

Users can upload up to 10 photos at a time, with a 'Browse...' button, and 'Upload' button. These photos are simply uploaded to a drop-box directory which I will be able to access via FTP. Only valid image formats accepted, *.jpg *.gif and *.png. Maximum file size is 1 MB per file.

----

I understand that the last 'Upload photos page' is not really a ZenPhoto job, however I still need this functionality, and it would be optimal if the person I hire could do this as well.

Please let me know if you are interested, by posting here with examples of previous work. You may also contact me directly by emailing me at fluxbooks (at) gmail dot com.

Thanks!
Jay

  • Can anyone at least refer me to someone who might be interested?

Somehow your post got unnoticed. Most things are already more or less possible with Zenphoto. You may contact me via zenphoto@<domain on my profile name> to discuss this further.
