Is there Bulgarian language pack for v. 1.4.5?

Hello,
Is there Bulgarian language for this version? I also have a problem with dynamic locale. I don't want to use the flags but they are always there. And I am not able to use seo-locale even if I uninstall dynamic locale. Thanks in advance!

    All language packs known to us, maintained or outdated as some, are included in the release package. So short answer no.

    Never mix two issues in one topic, it easily gets inconvenient.

    The flags can be changed to a drop down selector instead. seo-locale requires your server to support modrewrite. Since you didn't tell any detail it probably does not.
