Zenphoto isn't setting up right with a Godaddy domain

I am getting some permission errors in the setup.php file and have tried to manually edit the zp-config.php.source file and rename it to zp-config.php, but I then get a few more errors, this is this is the main set of perms errors:
[Errors]
[Perms errors]
Warning: fopen(D:\Hosting\2273169\html\zenphoto/zp-data/setup_log.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\2273169\html\zenphoto\zp-core\setup.php on line 47

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in D:\Hosting\2273169\html\zenphoto\zp-core\setup.php on line 48

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in D:\Hosting\2273169\html\zenphoto\zp-core\setup.php on line 49
[/Perms errors]

Perhaps there was a problem with the upload. You should check the following files:
.htaccess
zp-core/zp-config.php.source
[/Errors]

I know the domain possibly lacks Apache since it says so in the setup, but this page isn't in the financial position to swap hosting, any ideas on what I should check on?

Comments

  • sorry guys, Filezilla apparently can't edit permissions like it said it was, you gotta use the godaddy ftp client to change them, barely any effort too.
  • Maybe I'm missing something but doesn't
    D:\Hosting\2273169\html\zenphoto\zp-core\setup.php
look like a local drive & not a URL?
  • Too bad about that. Filezilla works just great on other hosts. Wonder what Godaddy is doing (thinking?) to make things not compatible.
