Thumbs aren't cropped

Suddenly my list of thumbs in my albums aren't cropped. Here is a example: http://trondheimkunsthall.com/temp/the-borings-med-applemannen-pa-galleri-blunk/

In the plugin paged_thumbs_nav I have checked for crop and typed in height and length. I even tried to clear cache and rebuffer all the images.

Another question: How do I get a "Back to album" link on the image page?

Edit: I found out there are another crop thumbs setting on the theme page. I must have unchecked that... Sorry!
