I want plug-in to send email to every one leave comment

so if I reply for some one in comment it should be send my reply to his email..

can you help me...?

    Generally we recommend that RSS be used for monitoring comments. This easlily lets someone see all comments posted about a specific item.

    Of course you could implement a plugin that attaches to the `comment_post` filter that does this.
