List only the last 5 galleries In Sidebar Navigation

I'm going to have an install that will end up with about 25 or 30 galleries when completed. Is there anyway to have the Sidebar Navigation, under the Gallery Listing, to only show the top 5 sorted galleries to navigate to ? I figure for older galleries they can look under the archive option.

Can this be easily accomplished ?
