The Zen back end of my website is not recognising my password or username or passwords within my site for clients to log in to their personal galleries. Can you help?

    Clear cookies, make sure they are allowed. Make sure the users do exist and review all error logs. Also post basic info about your install. Anyway, if not 1.4.4.5 please upgrade.
