Hi,
I'm involved with a project working with Creative Commons in jurisdiction process of localized licenses in my country. In this connection, Recently we initiate a free, web-based photography contest in effort to boost the culture of free content and I found Zenphoto as a fantastic mechanism.
Now I'm looking to see if anybody around could help me with designing a new theme for our project. I've study the available themes on this website as well come with software but we're not satisfied with them.

I suggest to read the theming tutorial to learn how to setup Zenphoto themes.

If you want to hire someone to do it for you you should probably point that out.
