    zenpage is part of the standard zenphoto release, so up above click where it says download and download 1.2.6 (or the nightlies). Once you've unpacked & installed (which you have probably already done), goto the admin section, click plugins, activate the zenpage plugin, save, then activate the zenpage theme from the themes tab.
