log-in issues

I am trying (quite unsuccessfully I may add)to sign in to the zenphoto admin page so that I can add pics to my gallery. I lost my password and when a new one was finally sent to my e-mail address, it says it is the wrong password even though I cut and paste it right from my email account...I thought re-registering (I've had zenphoto for almost a year) might alleviate the problem, but I still can't access my gallery???????Any suggestions????

Versions of Zenphoto from recent history do not send an email with a password. Instead they send a link where you can reset your password (and provide a new password of your choice.) So, if you are getting an email with a password you are on a version of Zenphoto which long ago went out of support.

See, this is why the forum rules post says you should give us details like which version of Zenphoto you are running. Might have saved you one or more turn-a-rounds on this thread while we learn what you are doing.
