No images after upgrade to 1.2.7

I am sure it has to be something simple.
I was running 1.2.5RC1 for a while and everything was running fine. I decided to run an upgrade. to 1.2.7 Everything went through and said it was successful, however, I get no thumbnails or resized images. Just text where the images should be

Everything worked fine before. Permissions should not be an issue as they havent changed since they worked. Any ideas where I can start looking?

Also, going to the admin dashboard just returns an error page, all other admin pages work fine(except thumbnails), just the admin dashboard returns me to an Internal Server Error Page: Error 500

I am running IIS 7.5 (Server 2008 R2 x64 with 32bit PHP binaries). That shouldn't be a major issue I wouldn't think because it was working on that platform an hour ago(pre upgrade)

    Internal server error might be modrewrite related. As setup suggests check your htaccess file.

    We do not officially support IIS anymore as we can't test it.

    Alright..I can't figure it out...
    Well it was a good long run with zenphoto.. I kinda saw this coming eventually..

    I reverted back to 1.2.5RC1 and everything works fine.. thats prolly where it is gonna stay I guess.

    Have you tried a clean install of 1.2.7 instead of an upgrade? Shot in the dark I know, but still worth a shot. I should setup IIS to mess around a bit and see if I can help some people out.

    @chilifrei64: Don't give in too early..;-) An fresh install would have been the next I had suggested, too.

    Sorry, I'm normally a little more specific. I tried a fresh install. It wont even run setup. When it saves zp-config.php it saves it to the local system correctly but hitting save also return an Internal Server Error. I try to refresh the page and I get a 500. Setup never completes and I cannot force it through. Now when I run an upgrade, it upgrades all the way through and completes successfully, but then no images. I messed with it for a couple hours but just ran out of time..

    Ill be happy to test things out if you would like, I just don't have a whole lot of time these days.
