make page secured/weird thing happening

Hi,

I'm making this website as a holiday gift to my family: ourfloweringtree.com

I've set up a zen photo at photos.ourfloweringtree.com

The first question is the weird thing happening: When I click on the 1930s icon I get another icon for the 1940s gallery. How do I make this go away and go straight to the 1930s gallery? I must've done something because it didn't always do this.

Also, Can I make this whole photos.ourfloweringtree.com accessible only with a password/login somehow? I want all my family to post photos but I know they're going to cause a fuss because everyone's photos are just out there on the internet for the world to see. How do I make it password protected?

    1. You have a subalbum named 1940s within the 1930s album. Use the move feature on that album's admin edit page or move it directly via FTP.

    2. Set a gallery password on the options. Each of your family members will probably have a user account to upload, they then can also use their own login data for that or the main gallery password.

    How do I upload through FTP if the the zen photo platform is not installed on my own server? This is a dumb question I know! ha!

    Of course you need an ftp account on the server.

    Well,what I'm saying is that my zen photo isn't installed on my dreamhost. It's within the realm of zen photo. I assume that's where it is. Otherwise I have no clue where it really is. Kind of like some Wordpress blogs are hosted with wordpress and others are hosted on people's own server space. How do I upload FTP if it's not on my own server? Is there a way? They didn't give me any type of ftp password or anything when I signed up so it's really confusing.

    Also, I'm desperately trying to delete an album but when I click the little red circle with the x in it nothing happens. Is this a bug?

    So I assume you have used an installation helper tool like SimpleScripts to install Zenphoto. If so we can't help you (as state on the forum rules and the installation page). If you have problems with these tools contact those who provide it. Or do a manual install of Zenphoto as described on our site.
