admin login contains local path

After a clean 1.2.7 installation on a local PC (Windows), when logging in to zenphoto the admin login URL gets injected the local path and therefore the login results in a 404 yet the login succeeds.

Would it be possible to fix this problem in the 1.2.8 release?
