nav bar not appearing in 2nd album page

I've finally got my gallery set up and looking the way it should, now I've noticed that the 2nd page of an album does not show my nav bar as it should. It's a spry menu bar, and it's just displaying as a list.
I used relative paths for the spry css and js files, so is that the problem? If I use an absolute path I think that might resolve the issue, but will it cause any other problems?
Any advice?

Better use absolute paths or place the extra files within the theme folder using the `$_zp_themeroot` variable.
