Change subject of email notifications

Right now the notification emails that are sent when someone posts a comment have a subject of this form:

[Gallery Name] Comment posted about: <picture name>

I'd like to change that, specifically so that every comment notification email has the exact same subject, regardless of which picture the comment was on.

I can't find the file/line where I should make this change. Can anyone help?
