Website intergration issues.

OK so I am tryin gto intergrate Znephoto into my site, but the general idea is to put my html in the three theme files (index.php, album.php and image.php) all of which I did but it still is only half working, th javascript wont work for some reason on the album and image files and I get headers already sent error when I submit a comment but I did not modify any html headers, so I would really like some help. I just checked it out and you must've worked out your kinks because it looked great to me
