add image in gallery description texte or image description text

Hi,
I would like to add image <img src="link"> in image or gallery description comment.
When I use HTML edit and add html tag, it does not work !?
Do you have solution ?

Check the "allowed tags" option to allow `` tags. It is not allowed by default.
