Not all pictures are being displayed in albums

I just installed ZenPhoto 1.2.8 with 4 albums of no more than 20 pictures. The problem I am seeing is some of the albums are not displaying all of the pictures. It will have the filename and information but no picture. Has anyone else seen this?

Any ideas on how to fix it? I tried uploading the files through http and sftp.

In all probablilty your images are too large to be processed by your server. Please review the troubleshooting guide.
