Grey / unavailable folders during move

I am trying to move albums into sub albums, but some of them are greyed out in the drop down list. What would cause this? The only 2 folders that are greyed out are the current one, and the one I want to move the folder to. What might cause that?

    albums that are greyed out are not legal destinations

    ok but what makes them legal or not legal?

    You cannot move to the same folder, you cannot move a folder to somewhere within itself. Other such logical inconsistencies.
