video gallery titles and thumbs

Been using ZP for my photos for years now (my zp installation holds 5000 selected photos at the moment). A couple of days ago I needed to host a series of web videos so I thought why not use a clean ZP installation for that. Works brilliantly. However I came across two minor problems (or at least for me). I would like to see titles in the galleries otherwise no one knows which video is which (without moving the mouse over the thumb). Furthermore I'd like to use stills as thumbs. Now I am not a programmer at all so I thought I'd try the easy way and ask here. Maybe someone has a quick solution for this?
