error when there is no thumbnail

i am facing so many issues while adding large amount of album and sub album to prepare my gallery without adding or uploading image it is not allowing me to view and give fatal error on album page as there is no thumbnail present for that album.

now if i wish to edit the album i have no way or i have to do so many round the way to edit. instead can we have sort of default thumbnail image when there is no image in album or sub album ?

so atleast we can edit or update that gallery without uploading image ?

please guide me

    I am not sure I understand. You add empty folders and get a fatal error? Actually there should be a image processing error images as Zenphoto of course wants images... I can't remember to even have gotten an fatal error on this though.

    Why don't you make these folder setups on your local machine first and then just upload them when you actually have images for them?
