Is "unpublish" working as it should?

although 2 pages are unpublished, they are visible on my site.
the problem exists both with the theme zp-galleriffic and the theme zenpage.

is there a problem ?

It should be working as intended. If you have the correct rights to see the pages, you will still see them even if they are unpublished. Do you see them if you were to logout?
