Editing Custom Data Field

i want to change the custom data field under albums , edit images. I want to change the size of it from rows='6' to rows='2' where would i do this?

There is an example plugin for dealing with custom data--filter-custom_data. Use that as a basis and chanage things to your heart's desire.
