Image Previews For Videos not showing up

hi all,

ive got videos uploaded to my albums and also a image preview of the same name uploaded for each video but the image doesnt seem to display i did the url & debug and got this result,

all files are there (ie zp-core/i.php)im with talks to my host about chmod as i dont have access to that.

i was wondering if you could help me out alittle.

This is a permissions issue. Please see the troubleshooting about that (btw, setup should have warned about that)

i didnt set it up, someone else did who works for the hosting company, is it just a problem with the folder permissions or is it more than that?

This would appear to be a problem with the "cache" folder--the message says that it does not exist. But it should have been created by setup so I presume that the hosting company did not setup Zenphoto correctly.
