Forbidden from inserting a link!?!?

I am a newb - just installed yesterday on a WebIntellects web host. ZenPhoto - Admin - Options - Gallery tab - gallery description. I am trying to add a link. I edited the text and saved successfully. When I add the link - either by editing HTML or using the "insert link" - I get a :
Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.
Web Server at graywalker.net

I've changed permissions on everything I can think of... what is causing this and how to fix? Where is the file the link would save to? Maybe I can edit directly? (As in, is the text located in a theme somewhere or docs or data??)

Can you tell where that message is coming from? When exactly does it occur? On the "save" or clicking on the link? I've never heard of it before. But it could be that link points to a place that is protected.

The link would be saved as part of the gallery description in the Options table of the database. One thing to check is that your "allowed tags" option allows the HTML that you are trying to insert. If not, things would be stripped from your text.

The error occurs when clicking "Save"

I am guessing that it comes from the database maybe? Its on the server side....

I will check the "Allowed Tags" ( once I find it... )

Is there a URL listed with the permission error message? Either in the message or maybe in the browser address bar.

I really do not know what would cause this error during a save. The only link that should be being accessed is the same with or without the link in your description.
