User Cannot Create Album - Error

User cannot create Albums and gets this error message, "Fatal error: Invalid album instantiation: No album name in /home2/MyServer/public_html/zen_fg/zp-core/class-album.php on line 721"

Server directories and files permissions are set correctly.

    You will need to set your installation to "debug" using the markRelease plugin to re-run this test. Reset the debug log first then try the album creation. This will provide more details in the debug log of when and where this error is happening.

    This is what recieved for the error:

    When you get this error please copy the exact contents of the browser address bar and post it. Also describe the exact steps the user is doing to create the album.
