Tags from album plugin?

I just upgraded to 1.3 and was interested in trying out the "tags_from_album" plugin. Though activated in the admin control panel, I can't figure out how to actually make it work, searched the User Guide with no luck...

You have to include a function in your theme to cause anything to happen.
