Hi, Do you know if it's possible that when a photo is uploaded to my gallery, it creates a wordpress entry?

No, unless you code something. But Zenphoto with the Zenpage plugin is able to do this using the CombiNews mode. Although it is not really an entry (the entry is the gallery entry already) but it can intermix gallery items within news articles. See our demo for an example.
