Gabi

Sorry, although I do speak German I will not make any exception of "English only" which is part of the forum rules:

Also it might add support overhead for me translating back and forth in case this has follow ups I have to consult my non German speaking colleague for example. Also it is unfair to other non English native speaking users.

So: The gallery password is found on Options > Gallery on the backend.
  • Okay, I`m sorry, so here is my question again:
I'd like my zenphoto gallery for visitors to make accessible WITHOUT password, ie the appropriate filter settings (?). If that goes, then I'd like to know how.
    Thanks for help
    Gabi

Means: I'm not looking for a password, I just want to delete the password function.
    Thanks again

As I said: The gallery password option is found on Options > Gallery on the backend. If it is not set there is no password form naturally. If that is not what you mean you need to provide a link.
  • The other option to check is that the gallery is marked public (not private) on the options page.
  • Dear acrylian,my problem seems to be solved!I was just a little irritated because I could not find "Options". But in "Settings"> gallery I have found what I was looking for.
Thanks again for the prompt reply to my question. Greetings, Gabi
  • @ sbillard: Yes, that is just, what I found under "Settings".
    Thank you all!
  • Thus the reason we insist on this forum being in English. That is the only way we can have common terms for things. In your case the "round trip" translation of "options" from English to German to English ends up "settings".
