Tag Alphabetical Order

In the list of tags they are not sorted alphabetically for international characters (á ð þ é æ) , in this list "Rename tags" it seems fine, any easy way of fixing this ?

    If there is an UTF-8 array sort then we can use that. Have to check. Otherwise it will not be easy.

    Just thought it would be easy , considering the list right next to it is sorted properly, Might dive into the code, then break Zenphoto, then come crying back here,

    It looks like you can just add a parameter to the sort functon call `SORT_LOCALE_STRING`. Please give that a try and report back.
