I have a error

I have Zen photo on my web site but the person who set it up hasn't been able to help me . I can get to the place where you upload pics but when I try to do it I get this Error:

I dont know much about codes and stuff can anyone help.

If you don't know about codes and stuff, ask your "person who set it up" to change the permissions on the /albums directory to 777. Or if that doesn't work, ask them to give you FTP access so you can upload in a different way.

Thanks I'll try and find out how to do that . the person who set it up is gone.

Will this keep the template? I don't want to lose the template as it was created special.
