error messages after running setup.php

I uploaded all the files to my Godaddy web server. I ran setup and I got the error messages below:
"Warning!
Locale functionality is not implemented on your platform or the specified locale does not exist. Language translation may not work.
See the troubleshooting guide on zenphoto.org for details."

"Warning!
Setting mbstring.internal_encoding to UTF-8 in your php.ini file is recommended to insure accented and multi-byte characters function properly."

"Error!
Setup was not able to create this file. You will need to edit the zp-config.php.source file as indicated in the file's comments and rename it to zp-config.php. Place the file in the zp-data folder.
You can find the file in the "zp-core" directory."

"# Server seems not to be Apache or Apache-compatible, .htaccess not required."

    The warnings can, of course, be ignored. The error is caused by some kind of file permissions problem with the zp-data folder. You will probably need to correct this as that folder is used for other zenpoto files besides the zp-config.php one.

    But if you cannot fix the file permissions, you will need to do as the error message suggests and create the zp-config.php file manually.
