Thumbnails with photo title

I seem to be able to find this feature. I need to have my thumbnail page list the name of the file that is being shown. Is that possible? I've used a variety of themes and have gone through all of the settings and cannot seem to locate this particular setting. Does it exist?

This is not a setting. You will have to modify your theme to do that. Please review the theming tutorial.
