Error with upgrade to 1.3.1 - please help

I uploaded all the files and went to my home page and it said I was upgrading so I hit OK. It gave me the following error...

Zenphoto encountered an error
MySQL Query ( UPDATE `zp_administrators` SET `name` = 'group', `rights` = '1968526677', `custom_data` = 'Users with full privileges', `valid` = '0' WHERE id=3; ) failed. MySQL returned the error Duplicate entry '0-administrators' for key 'valid'

Is this anything to worry about? I went back to my site and it seems fine and looks as if it's on 1.3.1 now.
