I have posted the PHP.ini file in the zp-core directory.

The notification on file size limits are visibly adjusted on the upload page.

zenphoto will let me upload the photos, but once they are done, I get an error that the file sizes are too large and then nothing is in the album.

Any help would be great.

    Ok I figured it out. You also need to add the php.ini file to the following directories:

    >zp-core/
    >zp-core/zp-extensions/uploader_jQuery/

    Just to be on the safe side, I also uploaded the php.ini file to the >albums/ directory.

    When servers require this (which is pretty crude in my opinion) you need to put the php.ini file in each folder that contains executable PHP scripts. Which means just about everywhere. If all you need it the upload limits then you probably can get away with just putting the file in the uploader folders.
