how can you change the sequence or order of News Articles to be displayed.

there is no drag/move option like there is for the Pages

    That's the difference between pages and articles. Articles are always sorted by date.

    On the backend there is a dropdown to change the display. If you need another order on the front end it is possible but you have to modify the theme.

    they show changes only on the backend, anyway no issues

    Yes, as I said. If you need another order on the front end you need to code that in your theme.
