updateFolder js hates macs?

hello everyone.

good work on this package! nice and lightweight. i have hit an error when uploading images.
platform : mac
OS : 10.4
browser(s) : firefox and safari
hosting : remote Apache/PHP/MySQL
mod_rewrite stuff : on or something
Issue : when attempting to upload images i get the following error :
Something went wrong...

You must enter a folder name for your new album.

the 'auto-generate folder names' checkbox is checked, and if unchecked the corresponding 'folder name' field is still disabled. the handy-dandy firefox javascript console tells me that : Error: toggleAutogen is not defined when i use the checkbox, and i get this one when entering text in the text area labelled 'called' : Error: updateFolder is not defined

both browsers are as current as they get, pretty much standard installs. i am a designer and do not monkey with all that tech stuff.

feeling a little wordy, but i hope i have given enough details to point you smart folks in the right direction.

thanks in advance.

Yep, you have given us smart folk (1) ;-) enough information. So this happens on Firefox and Safari? It seems like you're in firefox there, so that's interesting... I'll borrow my roomate's mac and see what I can figure out.

Until then, you can FTP images just as easily (and I think, much more easily). Just create a folder in the /albums folder for the album, pop the images in, and they're instantly in the gallery. You can edit their metadata in the control panel too.
  • right, of course. i'll give the upload idea a whirl. thanks for the prompt reply and let me know if you would like anything tested on a mac.
