how to bulk-copy the photo descriptions

Hello, a question about photo descriptions: I have resized 200 picts in photoshop that already exist in my ZP gallery. The files have the same names. After uploading them, is there a way to apply to these new photos - automatically - the descriptions I already typed for the first version of the pictures?

So long as they have the same name (and go to the same album) and the images do not have descriptions in their metadata, the old descriptions should persist.
